Both styles are famed for frequently invoking expressions of surprise with unexpected and wild flavors alongside rich, palate-coating beauty. Green Dirt Farm’s Bossa, is exactly what we love about European, funky flavorbombs- a cured-meaty washed rind encasing velvety paste with a tart-cherry tanginess.

Natural grey/blue molds may grow on the rind of Bossa.
