A BRIEF RUNDOWN ON OUR WHOLESALE PROGRAM:

We cut to order so there is no need to purchase entire wheels (with the exception of some small format cheeses). Order based on whatever amount (in pounds) you need, and can go through in a timely manner.

Our wholesale program’s pricing is based on traditional, bulk wholesaling. We do not cut/wrap/package for immediate resale. With the exception of any small format cheeses sold and packaged individually, all portioning, packaging and labeling must be done on your end if you are looking to resell these cheeses in a retail setting.

We deliver Monday-Thursday to the Charleston area, and ask for at least 24 hours notice. Wholesale orders can also be picked up at our shop on Fridays and Saturdays from 11-4. Our shop is located in North Charleston at 3973 Rivers Ave Suite 105.

We ship via UPS Ground to restaurants in the surrounding region. We ship packages out on Mondays and Tuesdays.

We work directly with small (primarily Southeastern) American cheesemakers.

We send out an inventory price list every Monday via email which includes updates on new/seasonal cheeses, notable batches, etc.

We include sell sheets with every new cheese delivery, which provide a backstory on the cheesemaker, the cheese, info such as milk type, age, and animal breed, as well as some suggestions for pairings or kitchen application.

We are here for your cheese questions- whether it is advice on portioning, storage, application or specific details on a particular cheese.
