Needing to follow up on some unbeatable Pimento Cheese, we went with sheepy simplicity by combining Green Dirt Farm’s briny, bright, crumbly Sheep’s Milk Feta with their velvety, creamy, decadent Fresh Sheep. Through a lengthy trial and error that nearly burnt out our food processor, we’ve landed on the perfect ratio of briny salinity to creamy lavishness for this Whipped Feta.
