As we mentioned with the Anchovy-Stuffed Olives, when it comes to olives and cured fish, there’s really no beating the Europeans in that game! Sourced by two former entertainment industry ladies who make up Fishwife, these sardines are wild-caught off of the Galician coast before being prepped and packed with extra virgin olive oil and preserved lemon.

Sure, a block of cheese can be all you need for dinner, but the addition of some fantastic sardines (such as these ones!) can push your cheeseboard into a full-on meal! We are big fans of simplicity with tinned seafood. For us, that means warmed baguette, room temperature Cultured Banner Butter w/ Sea Salt, and perhaps some simple greens dressed with lemon. For cheese pairings, Natural Rinds work best…and, of course, Fried Fava Nuts are always more than welcome.
