Let me start by saying this chocolate bar came as a surprise… and who doesn’t love a surprise chocolate bar?  Truthfully, upon reading the description of this chocolate made by the master chocolate maker, Ben Rasmussen at Potomac Chocolate, I assumed that it was dark chocolate with hazelnuts in it, which it is, but I had no idea what in the hell GIANDUJA was. Nora probably knew what we were getting into though… and what we were getting into was this velvety dark chocolate which has been beautifully melded and saturated with hazelnut spread, a.k.a.
